Juvenile Justice:
  • Juvenile delinquents ages 12-20 years
  • Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
Adult Criminal Justice Services:
  • Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
  • Clients in the Illinois Department of Human Services TANF program
Domestic Violence:
  • Domestic violence offenders with potential substance abuse disorders
  • Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
