Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years of age; Must be capable of self-toileting and have bowel/bladder control; Must be free from any diseases that can spread to others; Must be able to participate positively in a group setting; Can transfer (such as standing up from a siting or lying position) without any help.
Required documents
Proof of age (driver's license, state ID, passport, or birth certificate) Additional documentation may be required.

Application process
(1) Call to schedule an intake appointment, (2) Meet with Executive Director and staff nurse to ascertain benefit from services, (3) Physical examination by a physician and a current TB test is required prior to attendance
