To make an appointment at one of their four clinics nearest your home, please call and an operator will assist you.

The Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH) Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention program provides case management and education to pregnant and new mothers who are hepatitis B-positive. CCDPH works with hospitals, healthcare providers, and laboratories to ensure that infants exposed to hepatitis B are identified and receive timely treatment, vaccinations, and tests to prevent Hepatitis B transmission.
