Almost Home provides transitional housing and support services to low-income, pregnant or parenting single mothers ages 16-21 years and their children. Goal is to empower these young moms to become self-sufficient and create a better future for themselves and their children. Additionally, the agency has donations programs for baby clothing/diapers, food and personal/grooming supplies.
