Provides coordination of community-based respite care services for family caregivers of children and adults with special needs in Illinois. The Illinois Respite Coalition (IRC) assists families in avigation funding streams., eligibility criteria and fragmented services. IRC also builds connections between caregivers and providers through online resources, a statewide network, and access to training opportunities.
