Fees

Treatment at SHARE is made affordable through discounted fee schedules and flexible payment plans. They are also a preferred provider for many insurance companies which may cover some or all treatment costs. Additional funding may be available from the following: The State of Illinois's Department of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) and Substance Abuse Prevention; Leyden, Schaumburg, and Hanover Townships; donations and contributions. They also accept Medicaid.

Leyden Family Services' Start Here Addiction Rehabilitation & Education (SHARE) program is their not-for-profit alcohol and drug detox rehabilitation facility located in Hoffman Estates. Services include Medically Monitored Detox, Residential Rehabilitation, Mental Illness/Substance Abuse (MISA), Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Substance Abuse Aftercare, and Outpatient Gambling Services. Clients are referred from families, friends, employers, social service agencies, physicians and hospitals.
