Chicago Youth Centers (CYC) - Sidney Epstein Youth Center provides the Teen Leadership Development (TLD) program. The center incorporates social activities that encourage members to develop existing strengths, gain new ones, and then apply the strengths to foster positive outcomes within the communities, schools, organizations, peer groups, and families.
