Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and is licensed by the Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) and has received HRSA funding to expand their behavioral health services to include a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for individuals who develop a dependence on opioids or alcohol.CCHC's MAT Care Team consists of a medical provider (prescriber), a Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Community Health Worker who will work together to help patients and clients create and execute a plan to end their use of opioids and alcohol and lead to a healthier life.
