The Parent Empowerment Program (PEP) promotes early learning, brain development and resiliency in young children ages 0-3, empowering parents to be their child's first teachers. The Educators bring activities from evidence-based curricula that strengthen the parent-child relationship and help kids achieve developmental milestones.
