Restricted to residents of the Village of Schiller Park; Restricted to seniors age 62+ or individuals with a disability (every member of the household must be at least 62 years of age OR disabled); Must complete the senior citizen snow removal program application on an annual basis. Applications received after the first snow event will be prorated when the direct payment option is processed
