Application process
Please fill out the following form to receive the Housing Counseling Intake Packet and Resources. Once you receive the intake packet via email, you must complete the forms and submit the required paperwork as directed to receive HUD-approved counseling services. Only individuals who complete the full intake form and provide the requested documentation will be counseled. Incomplete forms and documentation will postpone their ability to assist you. If you need help with completing your paperwork or accommodations, please get in touch with the office.
