Hanul Family Alliance provides the Immigrant Family Resource Program (IFRP) which conducts outreach that informs immigrants about the availability of public benefits and other services that support personal and family well-being and economic self-sufficiency. IFRP also provides case management and referrals, language interpretation services, and advocacy.

Hanul Family Alliance is a community organization that offers a wide range of programs and services for Korean immigrants and the general public in Chicago, suburban Cook County, and Lake County. The programs and services are available in Korean and English, including immigration services, public benefits application assistance, social services, mental health counseling, Home Care (IDOA's Community Care Program), community health programs including Memory Cafe, nutrition program, Home Delivered Meals, and ESL classes.
