AIDS Foundation of Chicago-PACPI provides a specialized case management program for pregnant, HIV-positive women who require extra support during their pregnancies. These coordinated services ensure women receive the necessary help to promote a healthy pregnancy and birth, along with postpartum care for both mother and her HIV-exposed infant.
