Greater Grand Crossing Restorative Network's (GGCRN) case management team supports and advocates for youth and young adults, connecting them to services that meet their unique needs. GGCRN Case Managers can help clients access public benefits, financial assistance, temporary or affordable housing, employment programs, healthcare services, and other resources that promote long-term stability. They believe effective case management is built on trust and relationships. Their client-centered, trauma-informed approach protects the agency, confidentiality, and safety of all participants while providing them with tailored, non-judgmental support.
