Application process
(1) Call to schedule an appointment - appointments are scheduled a week at a time. (2) When call volumes are high, you may be requested to leave a voicemail - only one voicemail must be left per case. (3) The appointment is confirmed by a text message and a reminder text is also sent the day before the appointment. (4) Bring all required documents to appointment

Assists residents by providing healthy food, application assistance for SNAP, LIHEAP, Medicaid, and Access DuPage, income tax filing assistance and additional educational programs, including English language (ESL) classes in partnership with the College of DuPage.
Offers limited assistance towards housing and utilities for Naperville residents who are experiencing a temporary financial crisis, and provides donated cars which are given to families who do not have reliable transportation to get to work.
