Eligibility
Must be pregnant or have a child under 19 years of age living with them; If the child is 18, they must be a full-time high school student; A pregnant woman and her husband, if he lives with her, may also qualify even if they have no other children; Must be a resident of Illinois, including those who are homeless; Must be a legal resident of the U.S; Must create and follow a plan to become self-sufficient.

Photo ID (state ID, driver's license or passport) Proof of address (utility bill, copy of lease or mortgage statement) Income and asset documentation (W-2 forms, tax returns, bank statements).
