Documents Needed to Apply
• Proof of 30-day gross income for all household members 18 and older. (Wages, SSI/SSA, Pension, TANF, AABD, Unemployment, etc.) including income for children receiving child support and Social Security benefits.
• Your most recent heating/electric/water bills.
• Proof of Social Security Numbers or ITINs for all household members. Undocumented individuals are welcome to apply!
