Diabetes and Nutrition Education | Mary Greeley Medical Center

Provides individuals diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes the resources and support needed to live active and healthy lives. Services include self-care education for optimal blood sugar control, classes and/or individual appointments focused on diabetes management, ongoing diabetes education, nutrition counseling, and early identification of potential complications.
