Provides education and information for first time homeowners on the process of buying a home. Will also provide housing counseling services such as creating a plan to increase income, reduce debt, increase credit score, etc. Services include walking people through the process of buying a home, such as selecting a realtor, going through an inspection, selecting a loan, finding down payment assistance, going through closing documentation, etc. Households receive assistance in developing and implementing an individualized home purchase plan. Home buyer education available on-line for a fee. Home Inc. also offers properties for purchase and will help create financing options to enable low income families to purchase the completed homes.
