Eligibility
Must have proof of Story or Boone County residency, proof of income, and meet income guidelines (185% of Federal Poverty Level or below in Story county and 200% of Federal Poverty Level or below in Boone county), must be pregnant or have a child six months of age or younger to enroll, participants may remain in the program until their child reaches 2 years old or until the program funds are exhausted

Offers health and educational services to pregnant or parenting mothers. Educational classes related to pregnancy, infant care, and parenting are available. Clothing, baby supplies and equipment such as diapers, bottles, bedding, strollers, car seats, and more are available through participation in approved activities and educational programs. Can also offer assistance in locating and providing referrals to additional community services Nest Programs are incentive-based programs. As participants demonstrate healthy behaviors, they earn points to redeem for baby supplies and equipment for free. Examples of healthy behaviors include attending classes, prenatal office visits, child immunizations, well-baby visits, and home visits.
