Eligibility
- Applicants’ homes must be in need of exterior home repair services but most likely will not be able to pay for the upfront cost of these repairs or physically unable to make the repairs
- Applicants will need to meet annual income guidelines; since the applicant will repay a small no-interest loan, Habitat will ensure that no family is debt-burdened by the selection decision
- Applicants will be required to complete a set number of “Sweat-Equity” hours either related to their project or in the community
