The Narcan dispenser offers access to Narcan and Fentanyl testing strips. The dispenser is available to the public in the Des Plaines Police Department lobby (1418 Miner St.) 24/7, free of charge, no questions asked.The Des Plaines Police Department accepts old and unneeded medications for disposal. Bring the medications to the Police Station (1418 Miner St.) and DPPD will safely and anonymously take care of them for you.
