Provides YOUR LIFE IOWA (https://yourlifeiowa.org), the go to resource for information, resources and help, including crisis services related to gambling, mental health, substance use, suicide, and related concerns (such as bullying, brain injury, children's mental health, overdose reversal, etc.). Services are free and confidential. Your Life Iowa is accessible via website, online chat, text, or phone 24/7. Your Life Iowa is funded by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and managed by Foundation 2.

***IDHHS has created a new BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICE SYSTEM which can be accessed by calling Your Life Iowa. A navigator will help individuals find and access mental health and substance abuse services.
