(1) Call the hotline to confidentially report a case of child abuse or neglect: 1-800-25-ABUSE (2) Cases of child abuse can also be reported online through the website (3) Information for the report will be gathered during the time of the call (4) Visit the website for detailed information on all related programs and services (5) For non-emergency situations, report suspected child abuse or neglect using the online reporting system at: www2.illinois.gov/dcfs/safekids/reporting/Pages/index.aspx
