Vehicle must be registered in the name of the person receiving assistance; Vehicle must not be more than 20 years old with less than 200,000 miles; Applicant must have a valid driver's license; Applicant's income must be 150% or below the Federal poverty level.

Photo ID Proof of Income: pay stub, bank statement, or social security statement Proof of Address: utility bill or piece of mail that is current within 30 days Car Registration Card.
