(1) Schedule an appointment at taxprep.simpletix.com. (2) Complete the IRS Intake Form online from the COD website and bring a printed copy to appointment. (3) Arrive 10-15 minutes before start time to check in. (4) Bring bank account information if you want direct deposit. (5) Contact by phone or email at [email protected] or [email protected] with questions and detailed information about the program
