For diapers/pull-ups and wipes:
  • Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident with children between the ages of newborn - 4 years old
For feminine hygiene products:
  • Open to all women
For incontinence supplies:
  • Seniors and individuals with disability must be 65 years of age or older
  • Individuals with special needs must be 4-64 years old with a doctor's note/diagnosis
