Open to:
  • Individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing (HUD Category 1 or 4);
  • Those with mental health conditions, medical issues, or substance use disorders;
  • Applicants who meet SSA's definition of disability (inability to engage in Substantial Gainful Activity, and have a condition expected to last at least 12 months or result in death)
