Application process
Individuals can walk in, contact (773) 718-2518, or be referred by a partner agency. A brief intake is completed to understand needs and assign a case manager or program track. Participants are connected to URA programs or linked to partner organizations for additional services.
Fees
Most services are free and open to residents regardless of income
