CMSS offers two memory care communities with specialized programs to ensure that your loved one receives the right care. Hartwell Place is an intimate assisted living community with engaging programming exclusively for people with memory loss. Wesley Place is a long-term skilled nursing facility that serves people with advanced memory loss whose needs surpass what can be provided in an assisted living community.
