Residents of DuPage who are elderly and/or shut-in; Must fall within the income guidelines set by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS).
Required documents
Photo ID: Driver's license, state ID, passport or consular ID card
Current utility bill in your name or the name of someone in your household, OR a copy of lease in your name
For Veterans or family members of any DuPage County active duty military personnel: DD214 or Military ID Card.
