Eligibility
Missouri Referrals:
- Uninsured and must meet low income qualification, as well as the following
- Have no private or government vision insurance (no Medicare or Medicaid)
- Have income below an established level based on household size
- Not have had an eye exam within two years
- Must be a US citizen
- If an individual or family is eligible, they will be matched with a volunteer doctor of optometry who will provide a comprehensive eye exam at no charge
- Infants Referrals: Ages 6 months-1 year
