Designed to assist pharmacists, pharmacist interns, and pharmacy technicians in obtaining the necessary help for successful rehabilitation from substance abuse as well as mental and physical disabilities.
Offers an intervention strategy where the individual is confronted with his or her behavior and the consequences of refusing to seek treatment; confirm a treatment plan including financial arrangements and bed availability; establish a date and time for the intervention; and carry out the intervention with the hope that the person will accept treatment.
