As a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, CASL specializes in providing housing and financial services, and resources to teens and adults with multiple barriers-including new immigrants, individuals with low English language proficiency, and lack of resources. Chinese American Service League (CASL) is a comprehensive social service agency in the Midwest dedicated to serving the needs of Chinese and Asian Americans, as well as other Americans in need.
