Chicago Area Project's Teen REACH program provides delinquency prevention services to youth and their families, specifically those receiving TANF assistance. The program offers academic enrichment activities to improve educational performance. They provide life skills education including substance abuse and sexuality education, anger management and conflict resolution as well as instruction on decision-making and problem-solving skills. Recreation, sports, and cultural activities are included as well as service-learning and adult mentors.

Chicago Area Project (CAP) assists and supports displaced adult workers 18 years and older with career development, financial literacy, vocational job preparedness training, and job placement. All participants must be referred by the Department of Human Services and meet minimum income requirements. Additionally, CAP assists youth with the Teen REACH Program, providing delinquency prevention services to youth and their families.
