Eligibility
Services individuals with:- Children, Adolescents, Teens and Young Adults- Autism Spectrum Disorders- Intellectual disabilities- Developmental disabilities- Mental Health Diagnoses- Experience of trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder and abuse and neglect- Clients with delays in the realms of adaptive, daily living, and social skills- Clients with delays and/or added supports needed to effectively communicate, ie: augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)- DCFS-Involved and Post-Adoption/Guardianship Families
