Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA) provides rental housing to Oak Park's low-income individuals who are mobility impaired. Income-qualified residents pay a portion of the full rental cost (based on 30% of the tenant's adjusted income), and Federal rent subsidies cover the balance of the rent. Each building maintains a separate waiting list.
