Offers outpatient substance abuse treatment services, including a methadone clinic for individuals with opiate addiction. 

Provides a Criminal Justice program for adults who have been mandated by the courts to undergo substance abuse toxicology testing, assessments, and treatment when necessary. Services also include support for individuals recently released from jail or prison due to substance abuse-related offenses. Additionally, offers mandated educational and treatment services for individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) as part of court-ordered programs, which may also involve family participation.
