Eligibility
Individuals with communication deficits associated with the following difficulties: Language disorders; Phonological disorders; Articulation disorders; Language-based learning disabilities; Voice/Alaryngeal speech; Aphasia strokes; Fluency/stuttering; Hearing impairments; Speech-language delay; Autism; Foreign accent/dialectal differences; Oral facial muscle imbalance/tongue thrusting; Down, Cornelia de Lange, fetal alcohol and other syndromes.

Client Case History Form Speech evaluation performed within the last year, or Recent IEP, Early Intervention Documentation, or Speech Report Other supporting medical documentation
