Greater Chicago Legal Clinic's Parentage and Child Support Advice Desk helps self-represented litigants with paternity and child support issues in judicial (court) and administrative cases. The Desk can assist with establishing or contesting paternity. The Desk can also help with child support issues, including modifying support, arrears contests, and vacating orders due to service issues, as well as motions to reconsider and appeals of administrative cases.
