Eligibility
Own a home in DuPage County or Chicago South Suburbs; Must meet income guidelines; The home must be the primary residence for the applicant(s) and/or all household members who qualify; Homeowner must confirm that they will stay in the home for the near future or for the length of the loan; Must prove that there is a need for the repairs; Must agree to pay for the repairs through a deferred, zero interest loan; Must be willing to partner with DuPage Habitat through education and direct participation
