The acceptance fee is $35.00. Credit, cash, or check payable to Northlake Public Library District. All fees are non-refundable.

Northlake Public Library District is an officially designated passport application acceptance facility. Passport processing is available through appointment only on all days of the week. The library does not process DS-82 adult renewal forms. Most passports can be renewed by mail. The renewal application can be filled out and mailed by the applicant.
