Eligibility
One or more person in the household must be at least 18 years or older and have a disability that is expected to be of long-continued and indefinite duration, substantially impedes the person's ability to live independently, and is of a nature that such ability could be improved by more suitable housing conditions. Households must meet income requirements as determined by the HUD.

Application process
Applications may be obtained in person at the front desk of the property or via mail by calling the team directly. After initial occupancy, income will be recertified on an annual basis

Catholic Charities offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designated for persons with verifiable disabilities and required features of an accessible apartment. All rents are subsidized. Eligible households pay no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and utilities, excluding telephone.
