Belfort House is a 24-bed transitional living program for young people aged 17 to 21. Residents can stay at Belfort House for up to 18 months and participate in productive activities such as school, employment, and life skills training. With staff support, youth develop Individual Action Plans that serve as roadmaps to help them reach their goals while living at Belfort House.
