Own or rent a single-family home or a 2-4-unit multi-family building; the house must be in suburban Cook County; the Home must be built before 1978; A child under the age of six must live in, or frequently visit, the home; Meet income requirements.

Assessments, updates, and repairs are at no cost to homeowners.
