Mother and Child Alliance's (MACA's) Perinatal Enhanced Case Management program links pregnant and postpartum women with HIV to expert prenatal, infectious disease, other specialty, and pediatric providers to help promote healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. Case managers work with clients directly, in the home, and through clinic visits to ensure optimal outcomes. Services are provided at any point in pregnancy through up to 18 months postpartum as needed.
