Family and youth health enhancement programs.
Facilities contain pools, gyms, tracks, weight rooms, handball/racquetball courts, sport parks, resident and day camps for youth, and conference facilities.
Youth services include aquatics, school-age child care, weight training, teen programs, skill classes, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, and sports camps and clinics.
Adult services include fitness, aquatics, classes for seniors, skill classes, aerobics, weight training, racquetball, and leagues.
Camp Kitaki offers summer and year round camps.
