Eligibility
Must have at least one person in your household be a participant in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Affordable Connectivity Program, or National School Lunch program; No outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt under this program
Required documents
Completed application available online One of the following: Copy of SNAP card showing name of the SNAP participant or a Copy of a SNAP participation or benefits letter from a local SNAP office, showing the name of the SNAP participant, or proof of participation in School Lunch Program, or proof of household income meeting income guideline.

(1) Visit www.att.com/internet/access/ to apply online or download application form (2) Provide required documents (3) You will be notified and given an ID (4) Once approved, call to enroll with your assigned National Verifier application ID.
