People who are unsheltered or living i a place not meant for people to live in DuPage County; Must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult.

Application process
(1) Call or visit during listed hours to report any unsheltered individuals or families (2) Provide information to help identify the individuals/families, including name, physical description, description of care/tent/belongings, contact information, location last seen. (3) Staff verify information from calls in order to follow-up in the field. (4) Staff link clients to shelter or provide support services to those remaining unsheltered
