Juvenile Justice:
- Juvenile delinquents ages 12-20 years
- Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
- Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
- Clients in the Illinois Department of Human Services TANF program
- Domestic violence offenders with potential substance abuse disorders
- Clients must be under jurisdiction with the Illinois Criminal Justice System
